Here’s an excerpt of the issues they’ve had getting their blog recognized by the technorati system:

So, they have it in their database, but no they don’t. Confused yet? I am. Oh, and yes, I did try the “ping us”. It doesn’t work. Besides, PCMech pings Technorati every time something is posted - which is a few times per day. So, they’ve gotten a LOT of pings from PCMech, yet we’re not in their index. At least properly.

  2. I hate it!! My ranking shows 23 some days and 48 other days. The list of blogs linked to mine is gone and even before those problems - when I would click on a link that did show up, I could never find the actual page on the blog that linked to me (e.g., whether it was a post or in their blogroll).

    What the hell! How useless.
